Completing Your Account Setup

If your email address is on file with Kids 'N Kribs, and you have not created an account password, you will need to verify your email address to complete your account setup.

  1. Click this link to start the process: Create Account
  2. Fill out the form and use the email address on file with Kids 'N Kribs and click on "Create" button. Note: the password you specify here will be active on your account.
  3. You will see a message indicating you must verify your email address.
  4. You will receive an email with the subject line "Your Kids 'N Kribs Account Activation". Please check your spam or junk email if you do not find this email in your inbox.
  5. Follow the steps in this email to activate your Kids 'N Kribs account.
  6. Upon activation completion, you will be directed to your Kids 'N Kribs account dashboard.

Resetting Your Password

Forgot your password? No worries. Please use the following steps to reset your password:

  1. Click this link to start the process: Reset your password
  2. Enter the email address that was used to establish your Kids 'N Kribs account and click on the "Submit" button. 
  3. You will receive an email with the subject line "Your Kids 'N Kribs account password reset request". Please check your spam or junk email if you do not find this email in your inbox.
  4. Follow the steps in this email to reset your Kids 'N Kribs account password.
